Certain Ocean’s Western Co. products are made especially for you after your order is placed. Processing times for these products may vary and will be communicated through the applicable product listing when appropriate.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number and photographs of the issue so we can assist you.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery times vary depending on the destination, product, and shipping method. Processing time and shipping time are separate.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier, severe weather, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside Ocean’s Western Co.’s reasonable control may affect delivery.

5. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & ORDER ISSUES

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or otherwise used may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Any additional return or exchange eligibility stated on an individual product listing will also apply to that product.

10. NEED A BIBLE? PROGRAM

Ocean’s Western Co. may offer eligible individuals the opportunity to request a Bible at no purchase cost, with shipping provided at no charge, subject to availability and program terms.

No boutique purchase is required to request a Bible.

Individuals requesting a Bible must provide accurate contact and shipping information so the Bible can be delivered.

The program is offered in good faith while supplies and resources are available. Ocean’s Western Co. reserves the right to establish reasonable quantity limitations, prevent misuse or fraudulent requests, and modify, pause, or discontinue the program when necessary.

Receiving a free Bible does not require the recipient to make a future purchase from Ocean’s Western Co.
